Chemker series corrosion-resistant vacuum pump uses PTFE material in the part in contact with gas, which can withstand most corrosive gases. At the same time, the electrical switches and casing are also treated with corrosion protection, which is suitable for pumping various organic, acid-base and other corrosive gases.

Chemker series corrosion-resistant vacuum pump uses the principle of diaphragm action (Diaphragm), and does not need to use oil for lubrication, so there is no need for regular oil maintenance and no oil mist pollution.
