A rotary evaporator is an instrument that lowers the boiling point of a solvent by reducing pressure and uses rotation to create a large liquid film on the bottle wall, thus accelerating evaporation. Its main uses are concentrating sample solutions and recovering organic solvents; it is particularly suitable for processing heat-sensitive substances, achieving efficient low-temperature evaporation.
1. 7-inch large touchscreen:Controls functions such as rotation speed, vacuum, liquid replenishment, heating, and lifting. It allows for automated operation programming, with multi-segment control of vacuum level, rotation speed, heating temperature, and timing. Flexible formulation options and easy operation are provided.
2. High safety: Both the rotating flask and receiving flask are housed within a transparent acrylic protective cover, effectively enhancing safety and preventing accidental injury.
3. Improved lighting system for the water bath and evaporation flask: Provides visual control for the user. An exhaust ion fan prevents condensation within the protective cover.
4. Standard automatic liquid replenishment and drainage system:Automatically replenishes or drains the solution in the bath. A manual drain valve allows for manual drainage in case of power failure.
5. Moving base with a small storage area for storing vacuum pumps, glassware, organic solvents, etc.
6. Rotating mechanism with electronic and mechanical locking shafts (manual locking for flask retraction in case of power failure).
7. Rotating flask safety door: Can be set to stop rotation when the door is open, or can be set to continue rotation when the door is open from the backend. Flexible operation and high safety are ensured. 8. A movable bottle holder is provided for easy installation and removal of rotating bottles. A return limit function ensures the rotating holder remains in its correct position for normal operation.
9. A vacuum pressure regulating device allows for adjustment of system pressure according to user needs.
10. The program can store data and export it to Excel via USB flash drive (including vacuum, rotation speed, water temperature, and other parameters).
11. Excellent corrosion resistance. All parts in contact with materials are made of high borosilicate glass (coefficient of expansion 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), ensuring stable performance and minimal chemical reaction with materials, making it convenient and safe to use.
